We are living through an unprecedented period of global economic uncertainty and the globalised economy requires business leaders to have a wide range of knowledge and skills relevant to international commercial law. Critical areas include international business law, international trade and the World Trade Organisation, international investment law, and knowledge of the global political economy. GCU’s innovative LLM in International Commercial Law is both research-led and informed by practice. It has been created with input from employers and students and draws on multi-disciplinary expertise across the Glasgow School of Business and Society.
