Foundation in Science

The Foundation in Science at International Medical University (IMU) is a one-year preparatory programme designed to provide students with a strong grounding in core scientific subjects required for health sciences and science-related degree programmes. The course covers essential areas such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and study skills, helping students build critical thinking, problem-solving, and laboratory competencies. With a structured curriculum and experienced faculty, the programme prepares students academically and professionally for progression into undergraduate programmes in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, and other science-based fields at IMU or other recognized universities.
