The Foundation in Accountancy (ACCA‑FIA) is an entry‑level accounting qualification aligned with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), designed for students beginning their journey into accounting and finance. It is typically a 1‑year programme (full‑time) that builds foundational knowledge and practical skills in financial and management accounting, enabling graduates to work in support roles in finance or progress further toward the full ACCA professional qualification.
